Tai chi chih to Catto

I began my practice of Tai Chi in the mid seventies; then  as a massage student in 1991 I learned Tai Chi Chih; a form that focuses on simpler movements. The early martial artists became aware of Chi (that Dr. Reich called Orgone), in their practice. As a practitioner of Tai Chi Chi I became aware that I could feel the Chi or Orgone streaming, initially through my hands. This was a similar experience to when doing massage. I have since incorporated Orgonomic breathing techniques developed by Dr. Wilhelm Reich and some movements taught by Carlos Castaneda called Tensegrity, and Qi Gong and  African foot rocking. I call  my form Catto. C for Qi Gong, A for Africa, T for Tai Chi Chih, T for Tensegrity, and O for Orgonenomic breathing.  I have found my new combinations loosening my musculature.

Catto helps awaken our consciousness to our original template. The combination of Orgonomic breathing, spontaneous movement, and  sound directs the stream, Our birth Template was full body streaming and only abuse forces the streaming to depress thoroughly. Horrible birth procedures and abusive upbringing forces streaming to only exists in the subconscious.

Catto moves Orgone from depressed, inward, towards the bodies surface. The effort changes bodily perception into having more presence, into artful movement. Catto reminds consciousness of the pleasure of grace, and awakens consciousness wonder.

The following you tube is a child expressing Orgone though his body. Singular movement.
